Shipping Shipping Policy Items are shipped normally Priority Mail, since this has been the most succesful in getting our products to you quick and without damage. Insurance is included in fee to protect you our customers in replacing your item. UPS is another method we can utilize in some cases depending on the item and destination of the product. Shipping expenses for return of the product are the purchasers responsibility. Damaged Products Damaged Items required a claim number, and should be requested at 1-800-503-6758. Notification of damaged items should be received within seven days of receiving your order. Returns For product returns other than damaged items, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. Overstockusa will refund the buyer less the restocking fee and postage expense. All items should be returned with all product materials as originially shipped. Incomplete items will not be refunded. Refunds Refunds for returns will be made after the items have been inspected by our receiving department. Processing Time Orders are processed each morning at 11:00 am EST. Please allow 2-4 days during regular times of the year, excluding holiday times. Although, we do try to extend hours of operation during these times, please use the following guideslines to estimate the expected timeframe for receipt of your order. A one day processing fee of $5.00 can be selected when handling your item after the next nightly processing. If you have special circumstances that might aid us in getting your item to you in the fastest possible way, please let us know in the comments section of your order. A tracking number will be provided via the customer tracking section. This area can be used to keep track of the progress of your order.
